Breezeway is broader operations software. It covers task scheduling and automation, mobile checklists in 10+ languages with photo verification, maintenance tracking, inventory, payments to vendors, smart locks and guest messaging, plus two AI agents: one for operations alerts and one for guest messages. It integrates with Airbnb, Hostaway, Guesty and many other systems.
