Terms of Service

"Services" refers to Clyn's AI-powered property management platform, including but not limited to photo inspections, automated restocking, vendor management, and related features.

"User" or "you" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Services.

"Content" refers to all data, information, photos, videos, and other materials uploaded, submitted, or generated through the Services.

"Vendor" refers to third-party service providers (cleaners, plumbers, landscapers, etc.) coordinated through our platform.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. If payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Services until payment is resolved.

All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in these Terms or required by law.

By using our AI inspection services, you grant Clyn permission to:

• Analyze photos and videos of your properties using computer vision technology
• Generate inspection reports based on AI analysis
• Store and process visual data to improve our AI models

For automated restocking services, you authorize Clyn to:

• Place orders on your behalf through connected Amazon accounts
• Access necessary account information to fulfill restock orders
• Charge connected payment methods for approved purchases

You may revoke these authorizations at any time through your account settings, though this may limit functionality of the Services.

The vendor management hub allows you to coordinate with service providers. You acknowledge that:

• Clyn acts as a coordination platform and is not responsible for vendor performance
• All contractual relationships are between you and your vendors
• You are responsible for vetting and managing your service providers
• Clyn does not guarantee vendor availability, quality, or reliability
• You must comply with all local laws regarding employment and contractor relationships

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use the Services to spam, harass, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our Services
• Use automated tools to access the Services without permission

Clyn retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, technology, and intellectual property. You retain ownership of your property photos and data, but grant us a license to use such content to provide the Services.

Our AI models and algorithms are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our technology.

We will maintain the confidentiality of your property data and business information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information about our Services that you may learn through your use of the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Services will cease
• You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination
• We may delete your data after a reasonable notice period
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time, except during the free trial period

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLYN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
