Changes merged 21 Feb – 27 Feb 2026

These notes summarize changes merged into the Clyn STR web‑app and backend between 21 Feb – 27 Feb 2026. They are organized by whether they are Updates or Fixes, and whether they impact the Frontend or Backend.

Updates

Frontend

Simpler multi‑use invitation links and partnership automation

The latest release introduces shared invite links. Hosts can now generate invitations that support multiple uses and set expiration dates and usage limits. These links simplify inviting team members and partners without needing to send individual emails. The invite links can be managed from a new Shared Links page and automatically expire based on your chosen settings. Partnership workflows are now automated. When a partner signs up, the system can automatically accept or reject requests based on your configured rules. Hosts receive notifications when partners join, and partners can see pending invitations from within their accounts. Additionally, the scheduling view has been improved. You can choose custom date ranges for the schedule, and the app remembers your view preferences for future sessions. The interface features a new Beta badge to highlight upcoming features and includes better handling for connection errors during onboarding and email verification.

Backend

Multi‑use invitations and stronger approval logic

On the backend, a new architecture supports multi‑use invitation links and adds robust approval logic for partnerships. This release enforces tenant context on invites and logs more information when invite links are redeemed. It also includes stricter validation for invitation rules.

Improved scheduling for cleaning teams

A new endpoint aggregates cleaners' schedules across multiple properties. It merges daily schedules into a single list, applies role‑based filtering, and uses high‑performance indices to speed up queries. This makes it easier for large organisations with several properties to view and manage cleaning assignments and reduces load times when viewing schedules.

Invitation resend and idempotency framework

The backend now supports resending invitations. If an invitee loses their invite, administrators can resend without creating duplicates thanks to an idempotency framework that identifies and deduplicates repeated requests. This release also includes better integration with billing tokens and improvements to Firestore repositories to support idempotent operations.

Fixes

Frontend

No frontend-specific fixes were merged this week.

Backend

Hospitable integration fix

A bug in the Hospitable webhook handler caused some property IDs to be unresolved when they were provided in alternate fields. The handler now checks multiple fields and array values to correctly resolve property identifiers and logs the resolution process. This ensures bookings and property changes from Hospitable are synced reliably and without data loss.
