Finding & Managing Service Providers

Guide users on how to find professional cleaners, invite existing partners and assign them to properties.

1. Open Service Providers

Click Service Providers from the left navigation. You'll see a list of your current providers with their status, number of assigned properties and primary contact.

2. Find new providers

Click the Find Providers button. Enter your location and service requirements in the search form. Clyn Rentals will display available cleaning companies in your area. Review their ratings and click Request Quote or Connect to begin working with them.

3. Invite a provider you already know

If you work with a cleaner not listed on Clyn Rentals, click Invite Provider. Enter their email address and name, then send the invitation. They'll receive a link to create a service provider account.

4. Assign properties to a provider

From the Service Providers page, click a provider row to open a side panel. In the Assigned Properties section, click Assign New. Select one or more properties from the search box and confirm by clicking Assign. This provider will now appear on those properties.

5. View provider details

The side panel shows the provider's contact email and a list of assigned properties. You can click each property to jump to its details. To remove a property assignment, open the property row and choose Unassign from the options.
