Account Setup & Initial Onboarding

Help new customers sign in and connect their property management system (PMS) or add properties manually.

1. Open Clyn Rentals

Navigate to rentals.clyn.com in your browser. If prompted, click Login and enter your Clyn Rentals credentials.

2. Connect a PMS or upload properties

On your first visit, Clyn Rentals offers three options: Connect PMS, Upload CSV, or Manual Entry.

• Connect PMS: If you use platforms like Guesty or Hospitable, click Connect PMS and follow the prompts to authorize Clyn Rentals. This will import your properties automatically.
• Upload CSV: If you have property data in a spreadsheet, choose Upload CSV and follow the instructions to map columns such as property name, address and number of rooms.
• Manual Entry: To enter a single property manually, choose Manual Entry. Fill in the property name, full address and select the property type (house, apartment, condo, etc.) then click Next. Continue through the four‑step wizard to specify details like bedrooms and bathrooms, property photos, access instructions and an optional cleaning checklist.

3. Invite Team Members (optional)

Navigate to Team Members in the left menu. Click Add Team Member, enter their email address and select a role such as Viewer, Editor or Owner. Click Send Invite. The invitee will receive an email to join your Clyn Rentals tenant.

4. Connect Additional Integrations

Under Integrations, you can connect third‑party services like Hostfully, Jurny, OwnerRez or booking channels such as Airbnb. Click Connect on any integration to follow the authorization process.
