Getting Started with Clyn

  • Clyn is a cleaning management platform that connects streamlines cleaning operations for both property managers and their providers. Our platform facilitates auto-scheduling, cleaning status, cleaning reports and invoicing.

  • Signing up for Clyn is simple:

    Please sign up by clicking Join pilot above, and our team will reach out to you for a proper onboarding.

  • We streamline your entire cleaning operations, whether you use an internal cleaning crew or have a trusted provider you already have.

Booking and Managing Services

  • Clyn automatically schedules cleaning service between guest turnovers.

    To automate scheduling services:

    - Log in to your Clyn account.

    - Then, Connect your PMS system of choice.

    NOTE: You can connect more than one if you’re an agency managing properties for multiple clients.

  • Yes, Clyn auto-schedules of recurring services for your property based on guest turnover schedules.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your service through the Clyn app or website. Please note that Clyn is not responsible for any cancellations or rescheduling fees that your provider has in their policy agreement.

Pricing and Payments

  • The cost of services booked through Clyn is determined based what you and your provider agree on.

  • Clyn accepts various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms such as PayPal, Cashapp and Venmo. Our partnership with Stripe ensures that all transactions are safe and confidential.

  • Clyn offers subscription plans for property managers who want to streamline their services. Please see pricing page for more details.

Service Coverage and Providers

  • Simply go to the Invite tab on your dashboard and click Invite Provider.

Quality Assurance

  • Our AI analyses before and after photos ensuring your cleaning provider doesn’t miss any tasks.

Feedback and Support

  • Feedback can be provided directly through the Clyn app after each service is completed. We encourage you to share your experiences to help us improve and to assist other users in making better choices.

  • Clyn is equipped to handle residential cleaning services. Specifically for short-term, mid-term and vacation rentals.
